By purchasing the DELUXE KIT a 20% discount have been applied ,so this product is already heavily discounted and it is not eligible to be used with any discount code.

4. Why I can not return some Jouer art made on demand products?

Jouer Art House, located in Montreal, Canada, produces high-quality embroidery products, including printed fabrics, small mini kits, deluxe kits, and Liberty of London-wrapped embroidery hoops. As these items are made to order, we regret to inform our customers that we do not offer refunds on these products to maintain our exceptional standards. 5. Will the kits be on Jouer Art shop after the subscription month is ended?
